Bailer Design is a woman-owned graphic design studio in Washington, DC that brings organizations’ stories and messages to life with strong visuals. The studio focuses on working with cause-based organizations that are making a difference in the world and local communities.

Laurie Bailer Scher founded the studio in 2018. Drawing from her background in strategic communications and consulting, she thrives on creative problem solving and helping organizations communicate more quickly, meaningfully, and visually. When she’s not working, you will usually find her with her family or creating something—paintings or music or anything else with her hands—being outside, and surrounding herself with good people and creative inspiration.
